Brazilian fish fritters, coriander mayo, salsa roja

Crispy coconut fried prawns, lime and chilli dip

Roasted beetroot salad, burnt orange, whipped feta, chia croutons, toasted pinenuts (V)*

Zaatar crumbed halloumi fries, spiced yoghurt (V)

To Follow..

Garlic butter bonfile, Wildflour recipe dauphinois, confit vine tomatoes

Vine leaf wrapped sea bass, spinach and feta gratin, nut crumb 

Ottoman style braised lamb shank, Turkish pilaf, charred zuccini

Merguez stuffed squid, braised tomato sauce, roasted cauliflower 

Lemon fried gnocchi, roka pesto, parmesan crisps (V)*



To Finish..

Chocolate and caramelised banana sigara böreği, hazelnut toffee sauce (V*)

Orange blossom cheesecake, tahini crumb

Lemon and süzme yoghurt semifreddo, raspberry gel, smashed meringue
