Köfte scotch egg, garlic and cucumber süzme, sumac onions 

Brazilian fish fritters, coriander mayo, pico de gallo salsa

Crispy coconut fried prawns, lime and sweet chilli dip

Roasted beetroot salad, burnt orange, whipped feta, chia croutons, toasted pinenuts (V)*

Zaatar crumbed halloumi fries, spiced yoghurt (V)

To Follow..

Wildflour recipe chimmichurri bonfile, crispy new potatoes, charred seasonal med veg

Vine leaf wrapped sea bass, spinach and feta gratin, nut crumb 

Ottoman style braised lamb shank, chickpeas, apricots, herb nut crumb

Shrimp stuffed squid, braised tomato sauce, crispy capers 

Cauliflower sharwarma steak, tahini sauce, fresh herbs, toasted pine nuts, pomegranate (V)*

 

 

To Finish..

Chocolate and caramelised banana sigara böreği, toffee sauce, toasted hazelnuts (V*)

Cappucino cheesecake, whipped dark chocolate ganache

Lemon and süzme yoghurt semifreddo, raspberry gel, smashed meringue
